The Marketing Collective Support Mentor of the Year

The Southampton and Region Hoteliers Association are hosting their first ever Hospitality Awards and The Marketing Collective are proud to be sponsoring the Mentor of the Year award!

The Hospitality Awards 2018 recognise the talents and contributions of those within the hotel industry in Southampton and nearby areas. The winners of each category are to be announced at the sold-out award ceremony on the 8th February 2019.

The ten categories for nominations included Rising Star of the Year, Young Chef of the Year, and Top Team of the Year, and finalists were narrowed down and a winner chosen from each category by the category sponsor.

The Marketing Collective are extremely proud to sponsor the category for Mentor of the Year. We chose this category because as a company we believe in helping and nurturing our clients, so choosing people for an award that recognises how they help and nurture their teams meant a lot to us.

Our chosen finalists are Edward Francis from New Place Hotel, Claus Christensen from Hilton at The Ageas Bowl, and Ben Cutting from Solent Hotel & Spa. Each of our finalists showed great dedication to their work and helping to inspire and mentor the teams they work with.

Our chosen winner? Well, you'll just have to wait and see! We look forward to announcing our Mentor of the Year at the Hospitality Awards on the 8th February.
