The Role
We are seeking Digital & Social Media Executive who is a highly-motivated individual working well under your own initiative; you will also be very comfortable working within a dynamic team.
You must have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn with the ability to independently create, manage and optimise organic and paid social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong social media experience and the ability to apply their social media marketing knowledge to create unique content for a variety of brands and target audience, and to implement, manage and analyse digital marketing campaigns using a variety of different digital channels
You will be using packages such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, WordPress, Mailchimp and a variety of online tracking tools.
You must have a "can do" attitude, as well as enjoy seeing projects right through to fruition. You will be an excellent communicator and be proactive with a progressive attitude and interest in keeping on top of the latest social and digital marketing trends. We want you to be a good communicator and enjoy supporting, helping and working with other people
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital and social media strategies for clients

Manage social media for the growing client portfolio including attractions, hotels and destinations.

Create and craft exceptional messages that stand out for use across social media channels.

Ongoing measurement of digital marketing results for clients, analyse and deliver quarterly reports on client social media campaigns.

Plan and schedule client digital and social campaigns ensuring all activity is to time scales and budget and performing high ROI.

Manage social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.

Update client websites on a continuous basis, improve the SEO and provide reports on the websites performance.

Work with the Content Marketing Coordinator on sourcing and writing content for email newsletters and campaigns.

Be an advocate for the company across social media and build reputation.

Update and engage on social media on a daily basis and analyse effectiveness of Social Media campaigns
What we’re looking for:

Have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the main social media channels such as; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

A track record of developing and monitoring social media strategies.

Have the ability to multi-task and manage several social media accounts.

Experience in social media advertising

Passionate about social media and all things digital.

Experience within the tourism, hospitality, culture industries would be desirable.

A team player that’s willing to get stuck in.

Strong communication skills.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word and Gmail.

Knowledge and experience of Wordpress, Photoshop, Hootsuite and creative platforms.

Experience of using and reporting within Google Analytics.
